Return Window
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

· Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging and labels intact.
· For hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup brushes CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
· Sale or discounted items are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Refund Process

· Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
· Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Return Shipping

· If the return is due to a product defect or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost.
· If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, not matching preference), you are responsible for the return shipping fee.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Send an email to info@bareglowlabs.com with your order number and return reason.
2. After receiving our confirmation email and return address, carefully package the item and send it back to us.
