How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your shipping details and payment information. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. For local customers, we also support FPS, AlipayHK, PayMe, and WeChat Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, your order may have already entered the fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details immediately after checkout. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@bareglowlabs.com .
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Yes, a digital invoice will be included in your order confirmation email. For tax purposes, you can also download your invoice from your account dashboard.

📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. During checkout, you can see if your country is listed. If not, please contact us and we'll do our best to arrange delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Local orders over HK$950 qualify for free shipping.
How long does delivery take?

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance delays beyond our control.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We recommend providing a physical address for delivery, as some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
For international orders, import duties or VAT may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return unused items within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging and labels intact.
Can I return opened or used brushes?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used brushes cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
How do I start a return?
Send an email to info@bareglowlabs.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Who pays for return shipping?
· Defective or incorrect items — we cover the shipping cost.
· Change of mind — you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

How should I clean my brushes?
We recommend cleaning your brushes weekly with a gentle brush cleanser or mild shampoo. Rinse with lukewarm water (never hot!), reshape the bristles, and lay flat to dry. Never stand brushes upright to dry, as water can seep into the ferrule and loosen the glue.
How long do your brushes last?
With proper care, BareGlow Labs brushes are built to last 5+ years. They undergo 5,000+ friction tests to ensure durability and consistent performance.
Are your brushes suitable for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our proprietary fibers are non-porous and hypoallergenic, designed to minimize bacterial buildup and reduce the risk of skin irritation. They are safe for even the most sensitive skin types.
